On the free plan:
- 1 shared space per account. If you're already in one, creating or joining another shows "You're already in a shared space (maximum 1 per account for now)."
- Up to 20 members per space. That's real members and offline members together. When it's full you'll see "This space is full (maximum 20 members)."
To join a different space, leave your current one first (see How do I leave a shared space?). Your past expenses stay in the old space under your name.
When a space is full, the owner can remove someone (see How do I remove someone?). Taking over an existing offline member's slot always works, even in a full space, because it doesn't add a seat.
