NEXO gets exchange rates online and keeps them for 12 hours.
- "offline rate" / "Using offline exchange rates": you're offline, so NEXO is using the last rates it saved. They're usually close enough. If it matters, edit the rate yourself (tap the converted amount).
- "No exchange rate for [currency]": NEXO has never fetched a rate for that currency on this phone, and you're offline. Connect to the internet and try again, or enter the amount in a currency NEXO already has a rate for.
- In Reports, "hidden — no exchange rate": your share of a shared space in another currency can't be converted right now, so it's left out until NEXO is back online.
