NEXO supports many currencies. To keep the pickers short, choose the ones you use.
Go to Settings → Currencies, search by code or name, and switch currencies on or off. Only the ones you switch on appear when you pick a currency on Add expense.
Your home currency is separate. See Can I change my home currency?
